Quick FAQ Questions we get often

Can I apply alone?

Yes. We accept solo founders. We often help find the missing co-founder within our community.

What if my project is just an idea?

You can apply. Year 1 combines incubation and acceleration, and starts at the structuring phase.

How much does it cost?

The program is free of charge. EDN is a nonprofit funded by the European Union, Groupe Solal, Groupe Inaya and patrons.

Do you take equity?

Yes: EDN takes 5% equity when you enter the program, in exchange for five years of support, coworking in five cities and access to the network. If EDN Capital invests on top, that is a separate negotiated transaction.

Do I have to be in Paris?

No. We support founders from Marseille to Lagos, through Tunis. But spending part of year 1 on-site helps.

What if I'm not selected?

You receive a motivated response. And you can re-apply to the next promo (40% of our selected founders applied before).
