Product is in market. We move from "build" to "prove". Traction metrics, first hires, commercial structuring. Mentor still dedicated, trainings bi-weekly, investor intros.
Inflection year. We structure the team (first managers, process, governance) and prepare the Series A. Mentor moves from weekly to monthly. Front-line on the fundraise, hands-off on day-to-day. If a pivot is on the table, we study it together.
Growth, sometimes a pivot, sometimes M&A. Our relay offices in London, Tunis, Doha and New York activate for founders aiming at international expansion. Less day-to-day presence, but we remain the senior interlocutor on heavy decisions โ board, expansion, C-level hiring.
